What is UID?

An UID is refer to UserID or Unique identifier. The formats only allowed to be composed of “letters + numbers”, together with first character must be a letter and the length is 6-15 characters.

Please note that the last three digits of UID cannot be all numbers.

Suggested combination, [name] + [phone number] + [last character of name].

E.g: XX3810W, YY3810Z, AA3810B & etc.

Password Examples:

Password is 6-15 character and contains both letters and numbers. No special characters or symbol are allowed.

E.g: asdf1234, poiu9090 & etc.
